President & CEO
Mr. Speiser is a 30-year industry veteran and licensed real estate broker in New York State for over 20 years. He possesses both limited and general partnership interests in all of Speiser Dabran’s projects under management (seven residential and commercial properties made up of nearly 700 apartments).
Mr. Speiser oversees organizational growth and strategic initiatives, evaluating and restructuring properties and management operations in order to maximize cash flow and investment return. Under his leadership, the company’s associates are provided the tools and technology necessary to successfully navigate the complex financial, regulatory, and operational challenges they face daily.
Director of Property Management
Evan, a licensed Real Estate Salesman, joined Speiser Dabran in 2010 and provides hands-on, day-to-day management of building operations, including the supervision of all on-site personnel.
Evan works directly with contractors and vendors to coordinate regular property maintenance projects as well as the physical implementation of major capital improvements—projects ranging from structural restoration, renovation and redesign, to the enactment of clean energy initiatives.
Director of Financial Management
A lead investment analyst, Ms. Menzel is dynamically involved in evaluating risk management and loss control, prevention, analyzing and fine-tuning all processes and procedures with a specific eye toward efficiency and client service. Cha Cha oversees energy costs including the identification and implementation of new clean/green energy alternatives and initiatives for all properties under management.
Additionally, Ms. Menzel works directly with the CEO and Vice President of Operations, to supervise Speiser Dabran’s finances and provide accurate, immediate finance-related services, and information. Ms. Menzel is a seasoned residential management professional with a NY Real Estate Sales License and an MBA from Iona College.
